solution:

 Enter the storage bucket, find the bucket ACLs policy anonymous user group click here to edit

 You can just enable the read permission. Do not enable the anonymous user write permission. In 99% of cases, it should not be enabled, unless you want everyone to throw things at you~ hahaha tsk tsk~

If there is still a problem, the permissions on the bucket are insufficient:

 

Create another public read permission here, only public read is required.
