Zoom sharing sound option is grayed out and cannot be selected

1. When sharing the screen, the color of the sound option is gray and cannot be selected

 

2. Change to another room and choose normal sound when sharing

3. Finally, I found out that under the sharing menu, multiple participants can share at the same time

 

 

4. Changed to "Only one participant can share each time", the problem is solved
