The zoom ratio in Excel2010 is grayed out

1. Problem image with scaling grayed out

   

2. Left click on a small arrow on the right under the zoom ratio to adjust to a suitable size

   

3. Open the page setup window

   

4. In the page setup window, select the scaled blue dot to the zoom ratio, and click OK

   

5. The problem that the zoom ratio is displayed in gray and cannot be clicked is solved
