Right click on My Computer, select Properties
Pull down the interface and find Device Manager
Click on Device Manager to find the port
Click the port to check whether the port is installed successfully.
If the installation is still unsuccessful, you can overwrite the installation, or check if the viewing position is wrong, because the port component is only available after the USB cable is plugged in, and it disappears after unplugging.
