When running Install License Server in Launch.exe, just use SPLMLicenseServer_v6.4.2_win64_setup.exe to run directly,

Enter cmd in the directory where the program is located, and run the code

SPLMLicenseServer_v6.4.2_win64_setup LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe"

The problem can be solved successfully.

NX License Error:The desired vendor daemon is down。[-97]

After putting the ugslmd.exe file into the installation directory, start the lmtools.exe file and click it in the order shown in the figure below.
