Help--->Install New Soft ----> Enter "Luna - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna"
All the plug-ins supported by the luna version are displayed here, enter SVN,
Click next until the end, eclipse restarts, and if you see SVN in Windows->preferences, it means the installation is successful
