idea to open the project:
1. Create a new database
Build the database according to the database script in the project
1. Open the configuration file application.properties of the configuration center xxl-job-admin
Configure jdbc and email, start the xxl-job-admin project

2. Deploy the project
If the above configuration has been done correctly, the project can be compiled, packaged and deployed.
Dispatch center access address: http://localhost:8080/xxl-job-admin (this address will be used by the executor as the callback address)

3. Create and run the executor
The project comes with two versions of executors, taking the springboot version as an example:
