Cainiao responds to IPO in Hong Kong next year
Recently, it was reported that Cainiao, Alibaba's logistics subsidiary, plans to IPO in Hong Kong in early 2024, hoping to raise US$2 billion.
Cainiao staff responded, “We do not comment on market rumors.”

Cainiao was formally established in 2013. In February of this year, Alibaba Group released its financial report for the third quarter of fiscal year 2023. For the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2022, before offsetting the impact of cross-segment transactions, Cainiao's revenue rose 17% YoY to 23.023 billion yuan ($3.338 billion), of which 72% came from external customers. After offsetting the impact of cross-segment deals, Cainiao's revenue rose 27% YoY to 16.553 billion yuan ($2.4 billion).
Google is about to release the latest AI model
It is understood that Alphabet, Google's parent company, plans to announce a series of generative artificial intelligence updates, including the launch of a general-purpose large language model (LLM).
