1. Develop a standard system for digital employees to promote the development of technology and platforms

At the beginning of 2023, relying on the RPA industry promotion phalanx, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology launched the development of the "Digital Employee" series of standards. More than 90 experts from more than 30 units participated in the discussion and revision of the standards. At present, the standard working group has completed " Draft of Standard for Digital Employee Technology and Platform Capability Framework Part 1: General Requirements.

The standard puts forward overall general capability requirements from technical elements to application system from two levels of digital employee technology and platform. The technical part proposes two types of capability domains: interaction and expression, and work and execution. The platform part proposes three types of capability domains: comprehensive management, security assurance, and platform development, providing systematic capabilities for digital employee technology supply and digital employee platform construction. 2. Improve the digital employee evaluation system to serve R&D and application needs

Digital employees have the dual characteristics of technical resources and human resources, and are one of the most important development resource elements for enterprises under the background of digital transformation.

In order to further promote the development of related industries and improve the industrial service system, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has improved the digital employee evaluation system according to the "Digital Employee Technology and Platform Capability Framework Part 1: General Requirements" standard, including two evaluation modules.

Module 1: Technical Capability Evaluation

It is carried out for digital employee technology research and development enterprises, and focuses on evaluating their digital employee related technical capabilities. It is divided into six test directions: intelligent interaction, digital image, intelligent collaboration, automatic execution, analysis and decision-making, and identification and generation.

It mainly examines the intelligence level of digital employees interacting with human employees or customers, digital employee images, scene generation and synthesis capabilities, collaborative work capabilities, task automation execution capabilities and abnormal repair capabilities, analysis and decision-making capabilities, identification and content generation capabilities, etc.

Module 2: Platform Capability Evaluation

It is carried out for companies building digital employee platforms, focusing on evaluating their digital employee-related platform capabilities.

Based on the three key areas of comprehensive management, security assurance, and platform development, examine platform management capabilities from the perspectives of identity management, work management, and asset management; examine platform risk control from the perspectives of risk plans, compliance inspections, functional safety, and emergency response. capabilities; examine the future development potential of the platform from the perspectives of application energy efficiency, environmental protection, continuous optimization, and strategic planning.

China Academy of Information and Communications Technology officially launched the first round of trial and evaluation work for digital employees. It is planned to carry out the evaluation and testing work from June to August, and release relevant results from August to September.
