In the wave of digital transformation, open source software talent training has become the foundation of technological innovation. Technological innovation, talent first, colleges and universities as the main front for training open source talents, play a key role in the development of open source. As the first open source foundation in my country, the Open Atom Open Source Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") shoulders the mission of popularizing open source culture and cultivating open source talents.
The Open Atom School Source Walk public welfare project is a characteristic public welfare activity aimed at giving full play to the role of the foundation as a national open source public welfare platform, promoting open source education in colleges and universities, cultivating open source culture and spirit, and establishing an open source innovative talent training system integrating industry, learning and research. The School Source Tour brings together a large number of enterprises, open source projects, educators, and students, deepens the integration of production and education, and injects a steady stream of power into the cultivation of open source talents.
The "2023 Open Atomic School Source Tour" Tsinghua Station event will be held on June 28 in the Meng Minwei Concert Hall of Tsinghua University . This event plans to invite government leaders, guests from well-known universities, top technology companies, and representatives of authoritative mainstream media. Gather on campus to talk about open source, focus on displaying the progress and achievements of the "School Source Tour", promote China's excellent open source projects among college students, spread the concept of open source, and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in, contribute to, and give back to open source.
