• Expand the following registry entries in turn:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{ 36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000 } Find the "upperfilter" item or "lowerfilter" item in the right window and delete it
  
  Note: Check the device class Guid in the device manager, as shown in the figure below {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}
• Enter the device manager and uninstall all the devices with exclamation marks under the universal serial bus controller. Sometimes it is not enough to delete only the "upperfilter" item or the "lowerfilter" item, then delete both.
