1. Download SQL Server 2019 Express

13. Enter the instance name and instance ID "SQLExpress", click "Next"
14. Select "Automatic" for the startup type of SQL Server Browser, and click "Next"
15. Select "Mixed Mode" for the identity authentication mode, enter the password, and click "Next"
16. Click "Next"
17. Wait for the installation to complete
