Interpretation of transfer learning paper: "Unsupervised Domain Adaptation via Structurally Regularized Deep Clustering"

 

There is a problem:

        Directly implementing the alignment of source and target domains destroys the intrinsic structure of the target data.

                                 

        But if the target domain data is clustered first, the complete target data structure can be preserved.
