1 problem occurs:

When pinging the external network, an error message of unknown host appears.

Basically it's a network configuration issue.
First check the network card configuration, there is no problem;
then systemctl status networkthe network card is also started normally.

2 problem solving

Then check the gateway and DNS domain name resolution configuration files.

The file for the gateway /etc/sysconfig/network/routesdoes not exist, so it needs to be created and edited.

Then there is the configuration file for DNS.

Finally restart the network card.
