             1) Use the marquee tool to cut out the image

              2) Select the cutout part--select--reverse-delete to delete, and the rest is the part that needs to be cutout

        (For simple ones, you can use the mode eraser to remove the background, and the hard parts can also be changed by dodging and deepening)

                Ctrl is to add / alt is to subtract
