win10 modify the local host file, add a custom local access domain name 127.0.0.1 (super detailed)

1. Press win+R, enter C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etcthe location where the host file is opened:

 

2. Right-click the hosts file –> click Properties –> click Security, and open all group username permissions:

 After configuring, click Apply-OK
