For companies that apply for CS certification for the first time, it is stipulated that the initial application level shall not exceed level 2. Later companies that meet the corresponding level requirements within the validity period of the certificate and reach a certain number of years can apply level by level, and cannot apply beyond the level. 4. How to apply for CS certification?
1. The applicant enterprise independently selects an institution and submits the application;
2. After the institution confirms the acceptance, it signs a contract with the applicant enterprise;
3. The applicant enterprise submits materials to the agency, and the agency reviews the documents;
4. After the document review is passed, the agency will implement it on site;
5. After the site is over, the agency makes a conclusion recommended by the agency and issues a report;
6. The applicant enterprise recommended by the institution as CS1 level (initial level) or CS2 level (basic level) shall obtain the final result after reporting to the Work Department for filing and review; the initial application level shall not be higher than CS2 level (basic level). 5. What are the requirements for applying for CS certification?
1. Have the status of an independent enterprise legal person, and have been engaged in information system construction and service business for more than one year.
2. Good social reputation, good credit and public image, good awareness of intellectual property protection, no violation of national laws and regulations, no abnormal business operation or serious illegal and dishonest behavior, and no unfair competition behavior in the past three years.
3. Meet the corresponding level requirements in the "Information System Construction and Service Capability Evaluation System Capability Requirements".
4. Be able to provide evidence of authenticity, suitability and effectiveness that fully meet the capability requirements of strategic management, business operations, basic guarantees, improvement and innovation.
5. Promise and abide by industry conventions, and agree with this management method.
6. Information system construction and service enterprises can choose the corresponding level according to their own conditions for initial application, and the initial application level should not be higher than CS2 level (basic level). During the validity period of the certificate, if a certain number of years and ability requirements are met, it can be upgraded step by step, and cross-level applications are not allowed; during the supervision, evaluation and re-evaluation process, certified enterprises that fail to meet the corresponding level of ability requirements will be downgraded.
6. How long is CS certification valid for?
The certificate is valid for 4 years from the date of issue. CS1 level and CS2 level certified enterprises shall submit the annual self-inspection report through the evaluation work management platform within the time limit specified each year (subject to the notification time issued by the evaluation work department) from the date of certificate issuance, and the annual self-inspection report shall be submitted by the certification agency. Check the authenticity and validity of documents. CS3, CS4 and CS5 certified enterprises shall conduct at least one supervision and evaluation within 12-18 months from the date of certificate issuance.
7. Annual inspection and supervision
1. CSI-level (initial level) and CS2-level (basic level) certified enterprises shall submit annual self-examination reports through the evaluation work management platform within the time limit specified each year since the issuance of certificates, and the annual self-inspection shall be conducted by the certification agency. Check the authenticity and validity of documents. If the assessment agency finds that there is any disagreement in the annual self-examination report, it can conduct an on-site review of the certified organization.
2. CS3 level (good level), CS4 level (excellent level), CS5 level (excellent level) certified enterprises shall conduct at least one supervision and evaluation within 12-18 months from the date of issuance of the certificate, and carry out at least 2 inspections during the validity period of the certificate. The number of man-days for the supervisory assessment should not be less than half of the total man-days for the initial assessment of the corresponding level, and the content of the two supervisory assessments should completely cover the process requirements and measurement requirements for the capability level.

8. Review
The certified enterprise shall submit an application for re-evaluation within 3 months before the expiration of the certificate, and the re-evaluation procedure is consistent with the initial evaluation procedure.
