Problem Description
My machine ASUS Tianxuan 2, model FA506QM, after using it for nearly a year, the wifi began to drop frequently in May this year. That is, even if the system has a wifi icon, it cannot search for wifi.
There are various methods on the Internet, some are to change the driver, some are overheated to change the position of the network card or replace the network card, some are to force shutdown and restart; in short, I have not tried it except changing the network card (it is said that changing the network card does not work), others are allTreating the symptoms but not the root cause (that is, it may get better for a while, and then disappear after two days)

solve it completely
After ensuring that it can be connected normally, then disable the driver update during Windows update. This thing is too tricky, and it may be the reason why ASUS’s original adaptation is not very good.After disabling it, I haven't lost wifi for 4 months, so it's completely solved!
Win10 settings prohibit automatic driver update:
1. First, press the Win+R key combination to open the run box, enter gpedit.msc and press the Enter key to open the group policy editor;
or directly search for the word "group policy" and double-click it Open related results:
2. In the Group Policy Editor, expand → Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Internet Communication Management → click "Internet Communication Settings" on the right, then find "Turn off Windows Update Device Driver Search", double-click to open its settings.
3. Check "Enabled" in the setting interface, and then click OK to exit.
After completing the above steps, you can prevent the automatic update of the Win10 driver, and sometimes it can solve some unnecessary problems caused by the driver update.
