The design and implementation of a small program for voluntary service appointments for the elderly in the community (thesis + source code)_kaic

Abstract
This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of a small program for appointment of voluntary service for the elderly in the community based on Spring Boot and Vue technology. This small program aims to provide a more convenient and fast way for the elderly to make an appointment for community voluntary services, and it also facilitates service management and statistics for community staff.
In the design and implementation process, we mainly divide it into two parts: the background management module and the small program terminal. The background management module includes functions such as login, home page, carousel map management, community elderly management, community service management and system management, which can facilitate service management and statistics. The applet includes three parts: the home page, the lobby, and my section. Users can browse the latest services, make appointments, and view appointment records.
In the implementation process, we adopted the Spring Boot and Vue frameworks, used MyBatis as the ORM framework, separated the development of the front and back ends, and adopted the RESTful API architectural style to improve the performance and scalability of the application. At the same time, we also combined the characteristics of WeChat applets, adopted the development specifications and SDK of WeChat applets, and realized the functions of the applet side.
This paper mainly introduces the system requirements analysis, function design, system process design, and the specific implementation of the background management module and small program end, which has certain reference value for the development of similar community service reservation applications.

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of the small program of voluntary service reservation for the elderly in the community based on Spring Boot and Vue technology. The purpose of this small program is to provide a more convenient and fast way for the elderly to make an appointment for community voluntary services, and at the same time, it is also convenient for community workers to manage and count services.
In the process of design and implementation, we are mainly divided into two parts: background management module and applet. The backstage management module includes login, homepage, carousel management, community elderly management, community service management and system management, which can conveniently manage and count services. The applet includes three parts: the home page, the lobby and me. Users can browse the latest services, make reservations and check the reservation records.
In the process of implementation, we adopted Spring Boot and Vue framework, MyBatis as ORM framework, developed separately from front and back, and adopted RESTful API architecture style, which improved the performance and scalability of the application. At the same time, we also combined the characteristics of WeChat applet, adopted the development specification and SDK of WeChat applet, and realized the function of applet.
This paper mainly introduces the demand analysis, function design, system flow design and the concrete realization of background management module and applet, which has certain reference value for the development of similar community service reservation applications..

1 Introduction
1.1 Research Background and Significance
The design and implementation of the mini-program for voluntary service appointment for the elderly in the community is based on the background of the current aging society. Human needs, so it needs to be optimized and upgraded through digital technology.
At present, my country's elderly population has exceeded 250 million, and the aging rate is close to 18%. With the improvement of medical care and social welfare, the elderly's demand for community voluntary services is also increasing. However, traditional service methods often have problems such as low service quality, low service efficiency, and information blockage, making it difficult to meet the needs of the elderly. At the same time, community management is also facing challenges such as shortage of personnel and lack of resources, and the community service system needs to be optimized urgently.
Based on these practical problems, designing a small program for voluntary service appointments for the elderly in the community can effectively solve the problems of traditional service methods, provide more convenient and efficient service methods, and promote the intelligence and informatization of community services. In addition, this small program can also integrate community resources, improve service quality and efficiency, and at the same time provide useful experience and models for digital transformation and community building, and promote the development of community governance and co-construction and sharing.
By researching the design and implementation of the small program of voluntary service appointment for the elderly in the community, we can gain an in-depth understanding of the application of digital technology in community services, further improve the level and efficiency of community services, enhance the service capabilities of the community, and at the same time provide more services for the elderly. High-quality, efficient and convenient services make them more integrated into community life and improve their quality of life and sense of well-being.
Therefore, the design and implementation of an appointment mini-program for voluntary services for the elderly in the community has important research background and practical significance. It will provide more ideas and solutions for serving the aging society, and at the same time provide new opportunities and challenges for digital transformation and community governance.
1.2 Current status of development
1.2.1 Current status of development at home and abroad
The small program for community elderly voluntary service appointment is an innovation that applies digital technology to the field of elderly services. Its development and realization have attracted attention and attention from many parties at home and abroad.

In China, government departments and community organizations have begun to actively promote digital services to provide more convenient and efficient services for the elderly. Governments at all levels are implementing the "Internet + Government Services" plan to transform government services to digital and provide more efficient and convenient services. For example, government platforms such as "Government Services" and "Public Letters and Calls" all provide appointments and applications for services for the elderly. At the same time, community service centers are also constantly promoting digital services to provide more convenient and efficient services for the elderly. For example, community service centers in some cities have realized digital services in the whole process of service appointment, handling, and feedback.
In foreign countries, services for the elderly are gradually digitized and intelligent. For example, the service markets for the elderly in the United States and the United Kingdom have gradually transformed to digital. In the United States, some elderly service companies have begun to launch intelligent health management and social interaction platforms to help the elderly maintain physical health and social activities. In the UK, the government and community organizations are also actively promoting digital services. For example, the elderly can access services such as medical services, social services and public transportation through the Internet.
In addition to digital services provided by governments and community organizations, some private companies and start-up companies have also developed digital services in the field of elderly services. For example, some smart home companies have begun to provide intelligent services for the elderly, such as telemedicine, emergency calls, Services such as home monitoring to help seniors maintain independent living and health.
The application of digital technology in the field of elderly services will help improve the quality and efficiency of elderly services, and at the same time provide more choices and convenience for the elderly. In the future, with the continuous development and application of digital technology, the small program for appointment of voluntary services for the elderly in the community will be more widely used and promoted at home and abroad.
1.2.2 Development trend
With the advent of an aging society, the digitization and intelligence of services for the elderly will be an irreversible trend. As a new form of digital service, the small program for appointment of voluntary service for the elderly in the community mainly includes the following aspects in the future: Intelligent service: With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, the small
program for appointment of voluntary service for the elderly in the community Intelligent services will be gradually realized. For example, through speech recognition and natural language processing technology, the elderly can directly interact with the mini program, making appointments and applying for services more convenient.
Personalized services: The digitization and intelligence of services for the elderly will provide more personalized services for the elderly. For example, the mini program can recommend suitable services for the elderly based on their hobbies and health conditions.
Socialized services: The community elderly voluntary service reservation mini-program can realize social interaction among the elderly. For example, the elderly can learn about the service needs and conditions of other elderly people through the mini-program, and help and support each other.
Diversified services: In the future, the community elderly voluntary service reservation mini-program will gradually realize diversified services. For example, in addition to basic service appointment and application functions, mini programs can also provide services such as health management for the elderly, family care, and psychological support.
