Download the chrome browser on the mobile phone. The specific steps
of enabling the "developer mode" on
the mobile phone are different for different brands of mobile phones. Huawei mobile phones are taken as an example:
open the "Settings" icon on the mobile phone,
enter the bottom "System" option, and
then click the top "About Phone",
and then click "Version Number" about 7-8 times in a row to enable "Developer Mode".
Return to the previous directory, you can find "Developer Options" at the bottom, after entering, find the item "USB Debugging", turn it on, switch
to the mobile phone chrome browser, open a webpage,
connect the mobile phone to the computer with USB
