How to improve the performance of small target detection

1. The easiest and most effective way to increase image resolution;
2. Data augmentation constructs more small objects; for example, Mosaic can stitch four images to the size of the original image, and the objects on each image will be reduced, which is equivalent to constructing more small objects;
3. Design an anchor suitable for small targets to improve the recall rate;
4. Perform small target detection on higher resolution feature maps, such as FPN;
5. Increase the loss of small targets, such as focal loss;
