When it comes to autumn recruits, I didn’t participate much, and I mainly participated in the early approval (haha, because the insurance research has been confirmed in September, I didn’t participate). First of all, let me introduce my own relevant information: undergraduate automation, top professional grades, some experience in competitions, projects, etc., I am really a rookie.
The autumn recruit mainly got Haier's early approval offer, and passed the written test of some companies, such as Hikvision, etc. At that time, it was already September, so I didn't have any willingness to participate in other interviews, so naturally I couldn't. Let it go. So let me share with you Haier's recruitment process such as written test and interview.

Position: Embedded software development engineer
Location: Qingdao
Resume: Delivery on the official website, most of the major factories have official websites, just go directly to the official website to deliver, don’t go to any recruitment website (information leaks, a lot of messy recruitment news push), that is, every time you deliver a company, you have to send your resume, etc. It is troublesome and time-consuming to enter the data again, but this is inevitable for students who want to enter the big factory.

In fact, it is relatively watery, and there is no professional ability test. (During the logic test, go through the relevant questions in advance. Most of the questions have similar or even the same logic. After doing it in advance, it is very easy to do the questions in the written test. First round of interviews: August 1, 2022
Content: 2 interviewers , one technical, one personnel. It takes about 13 minutes.

(This is my first interview, I don’t have much experience, I thought about asking some routine questions, and I didn’t ask in-depth questions about the project. It's ok, there's nothing to stop and get stuck)
Second round of written test: August 4, 2022

It is not difficult. After doing the logic questions once, the written logic questions are still much easier and simpler than the first time, and the programming questions are not difficult (there seem to be related question resources on the Internet, you can go directly to find them). During the written test, all the programming questions were written out, and the test was no problem.
Second round of interviews: August 5, 2022
Content: 2 interviewers , another technical, and the same personnel. (about 10 minutes or so)

(The first interview of the technical question competition was a little deeper, but it was okay. I prepared all the competition items in advance, so the answer was still very smooth and organized. The personnel is still the first time. During the interview, I knew all about my basic situation, so I didn’t ask too much. The follow-up questions were mainly to ask about the salary, and if I didn’t give an answer, I naturally didn’t have anything to ask.)

On September 9, 2022, an online offer communication was conducted (mainly talking about the salary composition, food, housing, five social insurances and one housing fund, vacations, experience, ascending channel, working hours, etc., and the salary will be communicated separately afterwards. )
On September 14, 2022, I received the offer (the offer with no salary written on it) and the statement signed by the three parties
The final offer communication was held on September 22, 2022 (the specific salary was discussed, and everyone in Haier’s group has actually discussed it. Basically, the salary is paid according to the position, education background and school. Indeed, the salary is almost the same . Afterwards, an offer with a good salary will be issued, but later I told hr about giving up, and then there is no more)
Generally speaking, Haier’s initial written test interview is not difficult, and the results come out relatively early. Compared with the early approval, the later offer communication and salary communication may feel relatively late, but HR also said yes at the beginning. Talking about salary at the end of September, in fact, after the recruitment process, there is nothing to worry about.
