The translation tool "Immersive Translation" has been acquired

Immersive Translate is a full-platform translation tool developed by developer owenyoung, which supports desktop, mobile, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc. Compared with similar browser plug-ins, immersive translation reduces the "intrusiveness" of the original web page and improves the reading experience.

Immersive translation supports more than 10 commonly used translation services, including Deepl, OpenAI (ChatGPT 3.5), Google Translate, Bing Translate, etc. Some translations require users to fill in their own APIs.

A few days ago, the developer announced on his personal social platform that Immersive Translation has accumulated 400,000 users in the past 5 months, and has now been acquired by a company called Tweet Technology. Afterwards, they will jointly establish an independent subsidiary to be responsible for the development and operation of immersive translation. The developer himself will continue to be responsible for the products and technical work of immersive translation expansion. The announcement did not disclose the amount of the acquisition.
