ConsenSys, the leading decentralized protocol software company, enables developers, businesses, and people around the world to build next-generation applications, launch modern financial infrastructure, and access the decentralized web. The product suite consists of Infura, Quorum, Codeh, MetaMask, Trufle, --Diligence and NFT platform, serving millions of users and supporting billions of blockchain-based queries for customers.

The competition expects to achieve the effects of promoting teaching, learning, application, and innovation through the competition. The competition cultivates developers' awareness of decentralization, computational thinking and innovation capabilities, and promotes the improvement of participants' skills. The nfra Hackathon cultivates 59 contestants' knowledge, knowledge, and collaboration, and provides a powerful friendship for solving practical problems, so that a generation of developers can build their own applications on the basis of 1e tools. At the same time, let the parents borrow the projects they completed in the hackathon and start their careers in the Web3 field.

Introduction

Question 1: NFT

1. Introduction to the competition

The Infura NFT API Suite provides access to powerful NFT metadata, accessible through a REST API or SDK, allowing developers to quickly integrate NFT functionality without having to deal with the complexities of managing smart contracts or using a Web3 development toolchain. Implement your own decentralized NFT application through the services provided by Infura and explore the NFT field.

Infura is looking for developers who want to extend its platform to create or display rich digital assets and create custom experiences for their communities.

Developers can leverage the NFT REST API, SDK, or Truffle NFT API box to create novel applications that integrate NFT experiences into new or existing applications. Scan the QR code below to watch the video and learn about basic NFT API functions.

Entries that apply novel uses, including the read and write aspects of the Infura NFT API, to create a unique experience for their community will be the most convincing to the judges.

2. Work requirements

▶ The work needs to use the Infura NFT API service

▶ The work needs to use the Truffle NFT API box

▶ Extra points will be added if the work needs to use Linea service

▶ Additional points will be added for works using the MetaMask SDK service

Question 2: IPFS

1. Introduction to the competition

IPFS is a distributed peer-to-peer storage network that can be used to store and access files, websites, applications and data. Build a distributed storage application with high availability using Infura's IPFS REST API service.

2. Work requirements

▶ Works need to use Infura IPFS dedicated gateway with your own unique subdomain to access and store data in IPFS

▶ Entries need to use the Infura UI or CLI tools to upload images, videos and structured data (such as JSON metadata) to IPFS

▶ The work needs to use the Truffle development framework

▶ Extra points will be added if the work needs to use Linea service

▶ Additional points will be added for works using the MetaMask SDK service

Question 3: DeFi

1. Introduction to the competition

Decentralized Finance (DeFi) refers to a new web3 paradigm that uses smart contracts, oracles, and other decentralized blockchain technologies to enable peer-to-peer financial applications such as exchanging assets and mortgages without the need for centralized Institutions, authorities and intermediaries.

Example usage scenarios:

▶ Packaging tokens to bring assets to other chains, such as WBTC

▶ Mortgage lending platforms, such as Compound or Aave

▶ Uniswap and other decentralized exchanges

▶ Tokenization of real-world assets, such as stock tokenization

▶ Decentralized insurance platform

▶ New applications that cannot be realized by traditional finance such as flash loans

2. Work requirements

▶ Works need to be built using Infura JSON RPC APIs to access blockchain data and deploy your smart contracts.

▶ The work needs to use the Truffle development framework

▶ Extra points will be added if the work needs to use Linea service

▶ Additional points will be added for works using the MetaMask SDK service

Question 4: GameFi

1. Introduction to the competition

GameFi is the intersection of gaming and finance. GameFi opens up potential monetization options for PC, console, and mobile video games that are less intrusive to the player experience than ads or excessive in-game purchase pop-ups.

GameFi allows players to own in-game assets. This allows players to use in-game assets in DeFi applications, sell them on a decentralized marketplace, or achieve interoperability of game assets across multiple games on different platforms.

GameFi can be a point of integration between the metaverse and video games, increasing the value and utility of in-game assets.

2. Work requirements

▶ Demonstrate using Infura to deploy and interact with contracts on multiple networks in your demo video

▶ The work needs to use the Truffle development framework

▶ Extra points will be added if the work needs to use Linea service

▶ Additional points will be awarded for works using Infura NFT API service or SDK

▶ Additional points will be added for works using the MetaMask SDK service

Question 5: SocialFi

1. Introduction to the competition

SocialFi is the combination of Social and Finance, so its core concept is "social finance", combining social and DeFi, so that users can interact with others through social platforms and benefit from it. Users can financialize their social influence through these DeFi community platforms, thereby gaining more benefits, just like real-life Internet celebrities can earn benefits by relying on, reach, number of views, and number of followers.

Although people have long been accustomed to traditional social platforms, as they gradually expand, various problems continue to arise. SocialFi can return the ownership and governance rights of the platform to users through a decentralized mechanism. The entire community can formulate a review mechanism, and at the same time avoid annoying algorithms. Users can only see the people they follow without being caught Advertising harassment. Creators can also financialize their social influence on the platform, and earn income through likes, sponsorships, content mining and other mechanisms, and the platform will not charge high fees in the middle.

Entry rules

1. Registration and work submission time: May 5, 2023, May 19, 18:00. After the participating teams submit their entries within the specified time of the competition, the system will announce the list based on the evaluation results.

2. Each team must have at least 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.

3. Each person can only participate in 1 team, and each team can only choose 1 competition topic to participate in

4. The participating teams need to select the captain internally, and the captain will submit the work

submission rules
