PhotoShop converts the path of the pen to a brush
Click on the pen tool and set the pen as a path
Use the pen to draw a path (shape)
Create a new layer
Click on the path
Click on the stroke path
to select the stroke path tool
The stroke is completed
Please make sure that the color of your drawing board is not the same color as your foreground color, otherwise it will not be visible.
Then select the path of the pen to delete the path of the pen.
The drawn path can also be moved.
