1. View the device Opatch version

Precautions:

stop all services
Store Patch to the directory Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_home\Opatch

switch directory
Modify the environment variable to join the Oracle home directory

cd C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\OPatch	#切换路径
opatch version

Note: If the version is lower than 13.9.4.2.5, you need to upgrade Opatch first

Upgrade Opatch version
- Use p28186730_139425_Generic (6880880)
- For upgrade help, you can view the "readme" in the compressed package

Standard version upgrade method:

java -jar <PATCH_HOME>\6880880\opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=<ORACLE_HOME_LOCATION>

2. Install the repair patch for log4j on the official website

28663146: Fix createreportstoolsinstance not working after upgrading OPATCH to 13.9.4
33412599: Patch version update
33691226: Patch for log4j vulnerability

Note:

1. All services must be stopped when upgrading Patch;

2. The environment variable Path needs to be added to the Oracle home directory;

3. View Patch specific information and restart the service

View Patch Specific Information (opatch lsinventory)
