Anyone who knows official accounts may know that Tencent announced in March 2018 that it would suspend the message function of newly registered official accounts, and that all official accounts registered after that have no message function.
This has become a heart problem for many account operators, including me.
Without a message, it's like playing a stand-alone game alone, unable to interact with readers, which naturally reduces a lot of fun.
There is no account number to leave a message, I always feel a little bit meaningless.
Therefore, it is really necessary to find a number with a message.
The following are the steps I took to retrieve the official account, for reference by those in need:
1. Contact Tencent customer service on WeChat and explain the situation.
2. According to the prompt of Tencent customer service, find out the original ID of the official account in your mailbox, the string of characters beginning with "gh_" is the original ID.

search on WeChat to find the security assistant on the public platform
Find all the accounts you have bound through the binding query function provided, and you can see the original ID of the account you queried
3. With the original ID, you can follow the tips below to retrieve the official account step by step.
4. Open the official website of the WeChat public platform, select "retrieve account number or password", enter the interface for retrieving account number or password, fill in the original ID and ID card information of the official account as required, and apply for retrieval.
Select "Recover Account" on the left.
Enter the original ID of the official account as required.
Fill in the identity information and verify your identity.
After passing the audit, follow the prompts to set a new login password, bind and log in to WeChat, and then you can use it normally.
