This year has been a particularly busy year, and it seems that I haven't had a good rest. Since I worked overtime on the second day of the new year to do a big developer survey, I have been busy with one item after another without stopping. If you are pursuing the dream of writing a book, the things you are busy with this year are basically printed matter, which can withstand the precipitation of time, and some of them will be officially published as books. In this way, it is a little closer to the dream.

1. Developer Survey
2020-2021 Chinese Developer Survey Report (Developer Survey for short): During the Spring Festival this year, in response to the call to celebrate the New Year in situ, I spent the entire Spring Festival in Beijing for the first time, but I didn’t go anywhere, and I didn’t feel bored. Because I just stood by the window and watched the fireworks the night before, I started data analysis day and night. At eleven o'clock in the evening on the last day of the Spring Festival holiday, I finally completed everything.
2. Open Source Blue Book
Open source blue book: Just after finishing the developer survey, the weekend time was taken up by the open source blue book. Several meetings were held, the framework was pulled, and the chapters on open source commercialization were continuously iterated. Although the process is very exhausting, the result is not bad. Under the distribution of the alliance, it has become a book in the hands of many open source people, and there is also a Japanese version.
As far as I am concerned, I have learned fresh knowledge about commercialization of open source and have my own point of view. Of course, there is still a long way to go before "excellent". I hope that in the new year, I can go one step further towards "high-quality open source content".
Under the power of open source, we have done a lot of things this year. For example, the map of "Open Source Devouring the World" made at four o'clock in the morning has become a landscape of the company; the ecological panorama of core technologies at home and abroad has been upgraded from the previous version. Organized a very high-quality open source commercialization dialogue.
Because of open source, I have some very interesting friends.
3. "New Programmer"
Since last year, we have been discussing the restart of "Programmer" magazine, and this year it has finally become a reality. Because I have worked on "Programmer", I know its influence and its past glory, so when I took over the role of "New Programmer", I was very apprehensive and lacked confidence, and I was afraid of disappointing.
But when it is completed from 0 to 1, to 3, I gradually have a feeling of giving up. Do your best to overcome difficulties.
When I first wrote "New Programmer", I had no idea whether users could buy it, but when the first "Golden Years of Developers" was just released, I saw many people bought it. One of the authors of this period, Mr. Yu Bin, also placed an order (we will send it to the author, and we placed the order before we could collect the delivery information), which immediately made me feel confident.
After the first book was released, many original authors/readers of "Programmer" contacted me, and Mr. Li Haixiang, who is second to none, took the initiative to contact and shared his past with "Programmer". A lot of effort has been put in, from "New Programmer" to 1024, everything is obligatory.
This year, I was afraid to meet the readers of "New Programmer", but during Microsoft's Asian research trip, I met Chidori, a reader from "Programmer" to "New Programmer", and had a good dinner and chat at night. Soon after Received a box of strawberries from him.
These are the most impressive and exciting things this year.
This year's "New Programmer" completed three books:

- Cloud native and comprehensive digital practice
The fourth book "Our Technology Era, Our Programmed Life" has also been drawn out of the frame.
In 2022, I hope to be able to produce better content, have higher influence, and have more friends who have become friends with "New Programmer", and also have healthy commercial value, and truly realize a closed-loop product.
4. 1024 Programmer's Day
In this year's 1024, I encountered different challenges from last year, and added a thrilling experience in my life, which added a little courage to face difficulties in the years to come.
I remember that in 2016, the countdown to CCAI was 17 days, the lecturers were ready but the publicity was at 0 stage, and I was ordered to take over the publicity when I was in danger. At that time, I thought it was the most rushed.
I never thought that the 1024 Programmer's Day in 2020 has a countdown of 17 days, and the lecturer is still at the stage of 0, so I am desperate for content planning and lecturer invitation. At the moment Qiu Bojun agreed, the scene of running excitedly in the company can still be vividly flashed in his mind.
The time has come to 1024 in 2021. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered the impact of the epidemic on the eve of the meeting. The lecturers came in with inquiries on WeChat and phone calls. first frame.
This year's 1024, there is a team fighting together. Last year, I did Yuelu, Master Conference, Friends and closed-door seminars with Mr. Meng and Sister Min, which was the icing on the cake. There are 9 sessions this year, and there are 12 conversations with the head of the database. The operating system needs to have a new sense based on last year, and everything is quite difficult.
But in the end, the meeting went ahead as scheduled. When Yuelu's dialogue progressed to the second half as scheduled, the stone hanging in his heart was finally let go, and he felt relieved.

I never thought that I would get married one day. This year, I officially became husband and wife with my senior brother. Life is really an experience, to understand the ups and downs, and understand why we are born as human beings, why we fall in love and why we get married.
I moved into my own house this year, and of course, I started to owe millions of dollars.
Of course, this year also fulfilled my dream of raising a kitten for many years, as well as Java, the little elf. It gave me a different experience. In the past, I only saw the beauty of petting cats, but never thought about the responsibility of taking care of them. After having Java, I always worry about whether I eat well, whether there will be too much, whether I will not work cleanly, and whether I will be healthy.
Of course, there are still people who are not very happy. The postgraduate entrance examination should be 100% failed. Take a breather for a few days and fight again next year!
