1. Apply for OpenAI API Key
1. Visit the official website of OpenAI.

2. After logging in, click your avatar in the upper right corner.
3. Click View API keys below .
4. Click API Keys in the left navigation .
5. Click Create new secret key .
6. Click Create secret key .
7. As shown in the picture, our key has been created, please keep it safe.
At this point we have completed the creation of the OpenAI API Key .
2. Deploy your own ChatGPT
The project is an open source project from GitHub: ChatGPT-Next-Web GitHub address: github.com/Yidadaa/Cha…
1. Open the above GitHub link, then scroll down to see Deploy and click it.
2. After clicking, we will enter Vercel 's website.
3. Here we use GitHub to log in. Students who do not have a GitHub account can register first.

4. After logging in, click GitHub below.
5. Click Create and wait a moment.
6. Then enter the OpenAI key we applied for above and define a password.
7. Click Deploy after entering OPENAI_API_KEY and CODE .
8. You can see that our ChatGPT is already being deployed, and it takes about 2-5 minutes to wait.
9. When we see this page, congratulations, we have succeeded.
10. Then click Continue to Dashboard . After entering this page, you can see a link. After clicking, you can enter our own ChatGPT.
11. This is what it looks like after opening, and we can't use it yet.
12. Fill in the password we created above as shown in the figure below.
13. Click the title to return to the chat window, then congratulations, you can use it.
At this point, our private ChatGPT has been deployed. You can share your private GPT with your friends, or share this article with students who need it.
