Step Two: Copy Link
Click the "Copy" button under the "Direct Link" column to copy the direct link corresponding to the attachment. PS: The direct link can be directly pasted into the article editor that comes with the official account, so it is called "direct link". The copied content belongs to the HTML code (it doesn't matter if you don't understand this knowledge point), and it is only suitable for pasting in the article editor of the official account .
Because some browsers do not support copying HTML code, it is recommended to use Google Chrome here. If the copy is successful, the following prompt will appear. If there is no pop-up window or the paste fails, you can try another browser, or refer to "Method 2" in the tutorial at the bottom of the website.
Step 3: Paste the link
Go back to the official account article editor, and paste the copied "direct link" into the official account article text. If you are using a Windows system, you can use the shortcut key: Ctrl + V for quick paste (Apple system: Command + V).
After the file is successfully added, you can use the preview function that comes with the official account to preview the article through your mobile phone, check whether the file link can be opened and downloaded normally, and publish it if there is no problem.
In the process of typesetting, many people use some third-party article editors for typesetting, such as Xiumi, 135 editor, 96 editor, Yiban assistant, etc. The direct link of the file cannot be directly pasted into a third-party article editor. If a third-party editor is used, we can first export the typeset article, then import it to the official account, and then paste the download of the attachment in a suitable location Link.
The second is to add the document QR code in the text.
Upload the file to your own website (or network disk), get the file link, and then use the QR code generation tool to convert the link into a QR code and add it to the text of the article.
Advantages: The user can open the file by long pressing the recognition.

To convert files into QR codes, you first need to solve the problem of storage. The content of the QR code itself is a link, and the link can be a download link of a file or a link of a small program. So here we can generate different QR codes according to different links.
If the file is uploaded to Baidu Netdisk, long press the QR code to identify it to open the link of Baidu Netdisk, if the QR code link is a link of a mini program, then the page of the mini program will be opened, just like the first introduction above One way the same. The third is to add a network disk link to read the original text.
Upload the file to Baidu Netdisk, then get the sharing link of the file, put the share in the "read the original text", and the user clicks "read the original text" to jump to Baidu Netdisk for download.
Advantages: large storage capacity, free to use.
Disadvantages: Users need to log in to the network disk and download the network disk APP. "Read the original text" is easily ignored by users, and the opening rate is extremely low.

Many people have used this method, which is to upload files to Baidu Netdisk, and then share the files through the sharing function of the netdisk. Generally speaking, if the extraction code is not set for public sharing, the sharing link is extremely easy to become invalid, so it is recommended to set the extraction code. Of course, if the extraction code is set, the file may become invalid, and it cannot be guaranteed to be permanently valid. As for why it becomes invalid, it depends on Baidu AI's audit algorithm.
Fourth, add file hyperlinks in the text.
Upload the file to your own server, obtain the download link of the file, and embed it into the article of the official account through the hyperlink function of the official account.
Pros: Users can directly click on the link to open the file.
Disadvantages: Adding a hyperlink function requires a service account + activation of WeChat payment to apply. You need to purchase a domain name + build a server yourself. The entry threshold is high, and the subscription account cannot be used.

This method has a very high barrier to entry and is generally not recommended. At present, I have only seen government units in use, and I have basically never seen service accounts, subscription accounts, and personal accounts of enterprise units.
