Training Summary Planning

        The two-month induction training ended with the clarion call of early entry.

1 Process training

        Lecture training (2 weeks) --> NPI (2 weeks) --> SMT (1 week) --> board (1 week) --> machine (2 weeks) --> QA (1 week)

In every stage, every department, or every day there is something new to learn.

        Lecture training stage

It is mainly to study the company culture and quality management system, understand the company's products and deeply study the work content of each department.

        NPI

Disassembly and assembly of the whole machine, understanding of the operation instructions, the advantages of automated testing, the significance of lean production, learning soldering iron welding, understanding wave soldering, new product EP/PP management regulations.

        SMT

Understand the process flow chart of SMT, and study the material room.

        board

Understand the process flow chart of the board, PP line learning, and the use of electric batch.

        complete machine

Learn the process flow chart of the whole machine: pre-processing, assembly-->aging, upgrading-->testing-->packaging, and pre-processing.

        QA

Understand the instruments of the QA laboratory, as well as various low-temperature crash tests, understand the methods of software testing and the description of problems, etc.

2 Phase Summary

        In the actual hands-on process of the factory, the most rewarding thing for me should be the NPI and the whole machine. The first department the three of us in the software department went to was NPI, the new product introduction group. We had a very fulfilling life here. Every day, engineers from different directions would take us and teach us to look at products from the perspective of producers rather than operators. Line work. What they teach is more theoretical knowledge, so it is more suitable for me who has just left university, and NPI may be a department with relatively more work intersections in the future. In short, what you learn is what you earn. The two weeks of the whole machine may be the most boring stage, mainly to do pre-processing (practical operation). Fortunately, the line leader of the L03 line is dedicated and enthusiastic. He took us to the production line to learn a series of assembly tests of the whole machine. I also learned a lot about the production line work from the usual exchanges.

        However, why did the article say at the beginning: "This is both a liberation and a new beginning." I think everyone has this feeling. You can learn a lot of knowledge that you can't get in touch with in the factory, but it can also kill you. a person's will.

  1. Easy management - because we are fresh graduates and will not stay in the factory in the future, unlike workers!
  2. Doing nothing - because we are just passers-by, we only need to understand most of the work, and the line leader and squad leader are not very good at arranging tasks for us!
  3. Boring—Most of the work in a factory position can be familiarized with in a few days, and the production line staff may spend months or even years doing the same thing day after day. We have the same empathy. When fresh When the feeling fades, it needs a kind of faith support!

        Learning is a ray with only a beginning and no end. Choosing to study under conditions is more meaningful than choosing to be lazy!

3 Future plans

        At this stage of training, I learned a lot and gained a lot, which gave me a clearer plan for my career.

        At the meeting this morning, Tang Gong said: "You can talk about any crazy ideas. After all, you still have to have a dream. What if it comes true!" What a crazy idea. In the past, learning was the main focus in school, and work was the main focus when working. The society gave us a goal at each stage. If you exclude sleeping at night from the time of the day, you will have work and the time left for yourself after work. Give it a score of 73 or 82. This may be the most obvious change that should be made for the madness.

        "To be successful, go crazy first." Motivated people are eager to succeed, and most of their success is due to their diligent pursuit of work and love of life. I am also a person who loves life, loves sports, travels, parties, and is eager for success (should also love work). Although success is not so easy, I also have a spirit of perseverance and riding the wind and waves. The tree that embraces is born at the end of the hair; the nine-story platform starts from the pile of soil; the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
