2. We will also encounter the following problems
After the installation is complete, it cannot be opened, and it will be stuck on this interface.
reason:
1. There is Chinese in the directory during installation
2. The account name of your computer is Chinese
Solution:
Reason 1: Uninstall qtp and download again, make sure there is no Chinese in the installation directory
Reason 2: There are tutorials on the Internet to change your computer account name. You can check it yourself.
Then I recreated a temporary account on the computer and it opened after that.
How to create a temporary account:
1. Open the "Start" menu and select the "Settings" button in it. Open the "Settings" panel;
2. Select "Account" in the "Settings" panel. Enter the "Account" setting window, as shown in the figure below:
3. In the account settings window, switch to the "Other users column".
4. Click to add "other people to this computer"
5. The "Create an account for this computer" dialog box will pop up.
6. Enter the user name, which must be in English, and the password can be set or not entered. Just click Next.
7. You can see that the account has been added successfully
8. Change his account type to administrator
9. After restarting the computer, your newly created temporary account will be displayed in the lower left corner, just select it.
