Solution
Run msoobe.exe manually to complete the installation
A possible workaround for this issue is to run the msoobe program manually (this ensures that the version of Microsoft Windows is activated and properly registered) to allow the installation to complete. Please follow the steps below to manually run the msoobe.exe program:
Windows 7：
From the error screen, press Shift+F10 to open Command Prompt (or type cmd into the Windows search bar and choose Command Prompt from the search results menu).
Type cd \ and press Enter.
Type cd x:\windows\system32\oobe (where x is the drive letter where Windows is installed, for example c:\windows\system32\oobe), and then press enter.
Type msoobe and press Enter. The installation process should now continue automatically.
Remove the installation media and the system should complete the installation and boot into Windows.
Windows 10 :
On the screen with the error, press Shift+F10 to open Command Prompt.
Type CD x:\windows\system32\oobe (where x is the drive letter where Windows is installed, for example C:\windows\system32\oobe), and then press Enter.
Type msoobe and press Enter.
You may then be prompted to create an account name and password, and to set the time and date. Click Finish when finished. Note: Note: If this is a retail version of Windows 10, you may also be prompted for your Windows 10 product key. Enter your product key and click Finish.
The installation process is then complete and the computer is allowed to boot into Windows.
