There is a problem with GECCO system submission

When submitting a manuscript through the GECCO system, sometimes when submitting a pdf:
1. Upload failed: One or more fonts are not embedded, upload failed.

Reason: The font used has non-embedded fonts. Open File -> Properties -> Fonts to check whether there are non-embedded fonts.

Solution: use Adobe acrobat Pro version (ordinary version may not support),

s1. Use Adobe to open the pdf file, File -> Print (Adobe PDF is selected for the printer) -> Properties (the default setting selects the standard) -> Edit -> Font;

s2. Add all the fonts in the font source (Font Source) to the Always Embed on the right, then click Save As to save it as a configuration file (the name can be customized, such as myFonts), and save it in the default path ,quit;

s3. Go to File->Print (Adobe PDF is selected for the printer)->Properties (at this time, the default setting is to select the previously saved configuration file myFonts), and click Print to generate a new pdf that embeds all fonts.

2、The ‘Poster Abstract PDF Upload’ file uses the wrong page size. The document should use the Portrait - US Letter (8.5" x 11") page size.

When printing the file size, select the envelope size of the United States, that is, the option is Letter, not A4.
