Idea installs github copilot after logging in without changing the status solution

1. Problem description

Turn on the agent to download the GitHub Copilot plugin in the idea, and click Login, but the github Copilot cannot be used normally, and it stays in the login state.

The browser shows activated, but always needs to log in.

First confirm that the idea opens the agent,

and then visit
https://github.com/settings/copilot
