Artifact analysis of HSV data

ARTiiFACT, a software tool for processing ECG and IBI data. Automatic and manual artifact detection and correction are available in the GUI. In addition, ARTiiFACT includes time- and frequency-based HRV analysis and descriptive statistics, thereby providing essential tools for HRV analysis

1 Download the Artiifact analysis tool

2 Open the software after installing the software

1 Extract IBIS from ECG data

Open file

Select this type of file;

the file format is as follows:

Modify the frequency to 128, and then confirm.

Select the data of 10-620

and click Proceed

Then click Proceed

Click Proceed

Click save &quit to get the IBIs_from_ECG file

2 Detect and process artifact in IBI data

Select the IBI data file generated by the above steps here


and click Proceed:

Click Proceed

Save the data and get the corresponding data results.
