The designer.exe solution was not found after installing pyqt5 with pycharm

After installing PyQt5 and qt_applications through file→setting→Project→python interpreter in pycharm, when I was about to follow the tutorial to configure pyqt, I found that designer.exe could not be found, so I looked for a solution.

After reading each post, I still couldn't find the path of the post; I saw that there was a blogger in the qt_applications folder, but I couldn't find it after searching, so I used win+s to search, and entered applications, found a folder and

finally found the target in it
