The RISING MAX 3+1 giant screen equipped on Feifan R7 is composed of the largest 43-inch wide-width true-color triple screen of the Chinese brand model and the world's first mass-produced Huawei visual enhancement AR-HUD head-up system, and supports four-screen information wireless display. It is known as the "screen bully" in the smart cabin world. Rich entertainment functions, smooth four-screen linkage operation and interactive functions that are more in line with daily driving needs rely on powerful computing power and algorithm solutions. For this reason, the RISING OS smart cabin interactive system is exclusively customized by the Zero Beam Galaxy digital experience platform, continuing the design concept of "not complicated, that is extraordinary"; the interactive design of "zero thinking" and silky operation bring users more than expected digital experience.

01 Project introduction

For new brands, whether they can mass-produce new cars as soon as possible is the first test. Zero Beam provides the development of three domains on Feifan R7 models. In order to ensure the reliability of product functions, it is necessary to do functional verification of each domain and three domains Joint test verification.

Zero Beam has first-class development and testing capabilities, and requires suppliers to assist in the establishment of test equipment and test verification platforms. Yixing provides functional verification test solutions for the body domain, cockpit domain, and intelligent connection domain, which solves system-level and cross-system functional tests, verifies the functions of core domain controllers, and improves product quality and reliability.

This is the first flagship model with high expectations. It is self-evident that customers attach great importance to choosing a reliable partner. The complex testing requirements of the project itself place extremely high requirements on suppliers in terms of technical strength, resource allocation, and project management. . There are relatively many functions in the cockpit domain (including 24 function groups and 87 sub-functions), and frequent changes in previous specifications lead to continuous updating of use cases. 02 Program Highlights

In order to meet the test requirements of the zero-beam VV project, Yixing carried out full-function tests such as image, touch, and voice interaction around the smart cockpit, and at the same time realized the functional verification of modules such as the body domain, the intelligent connection domain, OTA and V2X. On the basis of the completion of the single-domain test, the inter-domain interaction test is added through the cross-domain solution to achieve vehicle-level verification.

1 ►Image , touch test

In the cockpit domain test, the screen part is the most direct contact with the visual content of the user, and it is also the key part of the test. Yixing uses the self-developed LVDS board to collect the image information of the instrument, and cooperates with the self-developed software to realize the test of the presence or absence of icons, the color of alarm lights, the recognition of text content, and the parameters of icon flickering. Compared with the camera solution, it can save the space of the dark box, and the image acquisition is not affected by the external environment. For the central control screen and co-driver screen, due to the limited space on site, it is impossible to configure the manipulator to simulate click operations. Therefore, the ADB solution is used to collect images and simulate operations such as single click, double click, long press, continuous click, multi-finger click and slide. These methods solve the operation of the image and touch part in the smart cockpit, and realize most of the test content related to the screen.

2 ►Sound Test

In the sound part, with the sound collection board and microphone, the functions of sound presence or absence, sound matching, and sound semantic recognition are realized. At the same time, a professional artificial mouth is used to simulate the sound source of the sound field near the human mouth, and the voice signal output board Cooperate with analog voice control commands to realize voice interaction, and support configuration of volume, speech rate, and timbre (male and female voices), which is convenient for the simulation of different human voices. In order to eliminate external noise interference, the sound simulation and acquisition equipment are respectively equipped with soundproof boxes to complete the test content of the sound part in the cockpit.

3 ►Cross -domain testing

There are many functions in the cockpit test that need to interact with other domains, such as controlling door locks, seats and other functions through a large screen. Most of the signals in the single-domain test are realized through simulation. Since the bench environment already includes other domains real controller, then these functions can be tested in a real environment. After the basic functions of the cockpit domain, the basic functions of the body domain, and the basic functions of the intelligent connection domain have been tested, a cross-domain test is carried out. Through the Multi CANoe function of CANoe, the cockpit domain is interconnected with the other two domains to form a set of systems covering three domains. The system realizes the real request and feedback of some functions through the unified engineering control of the cockpit domain, which is closer to the real vehicle and makes the test more comprehensive.

4 ►Test script development

When the vehicle R&D phase spans too long and the complexity of coordination operations generated by maintaining different projects at the same time is too high, a test script that can stably and effectively solve cross-domain testing will be crucial to the stability and efficiency of R&D.

In order to make the testing process more convenient, the cockpit domain test script has expanded the function of cross-domain testing during the development process, that is, a project can switch between single-domain testing and cross-domain testing modes through basic settings, reducing the maintenance of two projects. Complexity; at the same time, in order to reduce the impact of updates during the R&D process, the commonly used functions in the test script are encapsulated, so that when there is an update, only the function needs to be updated; for some composite functions, function encapsulation is also used to reduce Script complexity, easy to expand and maintain.

The Neptune CHT-C used in this project is a smart cockpit HIL test system developed by Yixing Technology .
