MAC Word runtime error '53': File not found: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/....

It is caused by the incompatible Adobe add-in "linkCreation.dotm" of mac office (both 2021 and 365 have this problem). After deleting this file and restarting Word, the error will not appear again.
solution
Solution: After deleting the linkCreation.dotm file, it can be solved
1 View the location of the plug-in
word->tools->plug-ins and add-ins
2 Use finder to find the file location
Enter the folder address, ~/Library/Group Containers/
Just delete this file.
You may need to show hidden folders if they don't show up. Keyboard click to show hidden file shortcuts:shift+command+.
