Flying Paddle Happy Open Source Activities
As the earliest open source deep learning framework in China, PaddlePaddle deeply practices the concept of open source, embraces the community openly, attaches great importance to ecological construction, and grows together with developers and ecological partners. It has become the industry-level deep learning with the first comprehensive competitiveness in China platform. As of the end of November 2022, the Paddle platform has gathered 5.35 million developers, created 670,000 models, and served 200,000 enterprises and institutions. In the construction of the Flying Paddle framework, in addition to engineers from Baidu, a group of developers who love Flying Paddle and open source have also gathered. They are participating in the Flying Paddle framework construction in their own way and grow together with Flying Paddle. The Flying Paddle framework open source community has held a wealth of community activities. A considerable number of individual developers have contributed codes to the Flying Paddle framework through spontaneous or participating activities, and completed joint development projects with Flying Paddle R&D engineers.
The Flying Paddle Happy Open Source activity aims to encourage more developers to participate in the open source construction of the Flying Paddle community, help the community fix bugs or contribute features, join open source, and build Flying Paddle together.
In order to help everyone understand, suggest, and develop the Paddle open source project step by step, we provide three types of contribution tasks, and we have prepared gifts for contributors who complete the tasks to express our gratitude! Warm up task
Here are some entry-level warm-up tasks. Task 1 is Github operation exercises, and task 2 is compiling PaddlePaddle exercises. If you do not have relevant background knowledge, participating in the warm-up tasks will help you quickly master these basics.

Modify the Paddle API documentation to make it conform to the specification

Pull PaddlePaddle code to complete local compilation
This kind of task is friendly to all developers who contribute to the community for the first time . The task is relatively simple, so that novice Xiaobai can quickly familiarize themselves with the Paddle community~

Here are some clear and specific tasks. These tasks have been discussed by the developers of the Paddle community and R&D engineers of the Paddle for many rounds. They are tasks that can be directly started. The task details can be communicated with the mentor in the specific tracking issue.
