The relationship between workflow and Project

Project Management and Workflow (hereinafter referred to as W)
1. Modeling
Project (hereinafter referred to as P) is dynamic modeling. After adding, it will take effect immediately.
W is static modeling. After each modeling is completed, it will be released. to be effectively implemented.
2. Running period
  (a) When P is running, the time is tightly coupled. When it comes to the next link, the tasks are always listed in the system, and the task person can know what he is going to do very early.
W is During the running process, the constantly generated tasks are dynamically assigned tasks. When everyone accepts them, they will look at the agency tasks generated by the system.
  (b) When P is running, there is no special reminder and event-triggering process for each person's task. When W is running, there is a reminder and event-triggering process.

Q: Can W override P?
Answer: (1) It is irreplaceable in the modeling process, because W cannot be dynamically modeled. Because each project may have different task arrangements, and the task arrangements may be constantly adjusted and compared. Therefore, when modeling, it can be considered that when describing the natural world, the workflow is mature and the regular task arrangement is mastered; Project is not yet mastered the complete laws, each project will change dynamically, but the work is still time-series.
    (2) When modeling, PM can only be all-in, all-out, and W can be conditionally selected. Therefore, it can be predicted that when the future PM is modeling, it may refer to the modeling method of workflow and add some conditions. For example, in PM, a task has only predecessors. But in the future, there may be an attribute in a certain task in PM that indicates that the startup is determined according to what conditions the previous task outputs or according to some parameters of the data.
     (3) During the running process, the workflow can generate the task table of the Project during the simulation. According to different conditions, different Project task sheets can be generated. When doing workflow, the attributes of tasks can refer to the task attributes of P. In the workflow, you can generate the task table of P, and then find the key path, and then look at which node, and which key process node to look at according to the task. In this way, key process nodes can be implemented in the workflow, and the critical path to optimize the process can be found.

If you study a single task in the process, you can see multiple options for comparing the task according to multiple attributes. For example, to recognize the 1-to-many and many-to-1 situations in the class diagram, it is more relaxed to use the Excel list. Such a methodology should be a supplement to the workflow.
