SWOT Analysis Template

        SWOT analysis: commonly used in the process of "identifying risks", where S stands for strength (strength), W stands for weakness (weakness), O stands for opportunity (opportunity), and T stands for threat (threat).

        Among them, S, W are internal factors, O, T are external factors. This kind of analysis is often used in the internal analysis method of the enterprise, that is, according to the established internal conditions of the enterprise itself, to find out the advantages, disadvantages and core competitiveness of the enterprise.

SWOT is generally carried out in five steps:

1. List the project's strengths and weaknesses, possible opportunities and threats;
2. Combine internal advantages with external opportunities to form a so strategy and fill in the V area of the Daos matrix. This is the most ideal combination in project risk management, when the project has the greatest opportunity and the least risk;
3. Combine internal disadvantages and external opportunities to form a WO strategy and fill in the VI area of the Daos matrix. Project managers can weigh the choice of opportunities in two ways: one is to strengthen investment and turn disadvantages into advantages to develop opportunities; the other is to give up opportunities;
4. Combining internal advantages and external threats to form an ST strategy and fill in the W area of the Dawes matrix. Project managers have two options: one is to restructure organizational resources to gain a competitive advantage and turn threats into opportunities, and the other is to adopt a defensive strategy to seize promising opportunities in other quadrants;
5. Combining internal weaknesses and external threats to form W1, strategies to fill the Shan area of the Daos matrix. This is the worst combination in project risk management, when the project has the least opportunity and the greatest risk. At this time, there are also the following two options: one is to take the initiative and strive for the lead, and the other is to give up voluntarily;
