Solution: create an iotmp directory and modify hive.xml

/usr/local/hive/iotmp
hive.exec.local.scratchdir
/usr/local/hive/iotmp
hive.downloaded.resources.dir
/usr/local/hive/iotmp
保存，重启hive即可。
