The third quadrant: It is more deceptive. You need to think about whether it is really important. If it is not, you can record it first and have free time to deal with it.

Fourth quadrant: The improvement of efficiency is related to the fourth quadrant, ensuring that things that are not urgent and unimportant will not affect the construction period.
