2. When installing, it may prompt that the library of C++ is missing
Install vs c++ 2015 (visualcppbuildtools_full.exe)
vs c++: http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/visual-cpp-build-tools
vs studio : http://www.nocang.com/vs2015/
3. Install the pywin32 toolkit according to the python version, mine is pywin32-221.win-amd64-py3.5
4. Install the scrapy command and execute pip install scrapy to install the new version of scrapy
