In the first step , the electronic version of the phone number has been obtained. In this step, the electronic version is imported into the QQ synchronization assistant.
1. Use your QQ account to log in to the web version of QQ Sync Assistant , the link is: http://pim.qq.com/pim/login.jsp
2. Log in to the account, find "Import Contacts" in "More Operations" on the right, then select the "Excel" format, and download the Excel format template , as shown in the figure:
The Excel template and test data have been uploaded and can be downloaded if necessary.
3. Copy the data in the first step to the Excel template and adjust the format .
4. Drag the sorted Excel into the QQ Assistant webpage, and click "Confirm Import" . 
5. After the import is successful, it will tell you how much data has been imported and create a new group. View the group to know the imported phone number information :
6. Synchronize the cloud address book data to the mobile phone address book:
a. Go to the application supermarket to download a QQ synchronization assistant (there is really no one, you can also search for one on Baidu);
b. Use the QQ number in the second step to log in to the QQ synchronization assistant;
c. Click the "Sync" button in the center of the screen to synchronize the data in the mobile phone address book to the cloud address book, or synchronize the data in the cloud address book to the mobile phone address book.
important point:
When deleting imported data in the web version of QQ Sync Assistant,
If the data has been synchronized with the mobile phone address book, delete the data there and then use the mobile version of QQ synchronization assistant to synchronize the data, the data in the mobile phone will also be deleted;
If the data has not been synchronized, only the data in the cloud address book will be deleted, and the data in the mobile phone will not be deleted.
