svn always prompts svn authentication solution for each operation

servies file modification in /home/XX/.subversion;

add at the end:

ssl-client-cert-file = /home/san/work/svn/XX.pfx
ssl-client-cert-password =XX
store-plaintext -passwords=yes

This is ok. You will not be prompted for svn authentication in the future.
