1. Install foxmail
2. With foxmail, save the mail as .eml mail format.
3. Open the email with editplus, you will see the email code directly. Just change the code directly. Email content in Chinese is encoded with base64 and can be decoded. Decoding URL: http://base64.xpcha.com/

is the URL encoding used, this needs to replace = with %, then http://tool.chinaz.com/tools /urlencode.aspx can be encoded or decoded.
