1. Automatically add serial numbers to tables in word2007:
a. Select the column in the table to add serial numbers;
b. Switch to the "Start" tab in the menu bar, and find the second icon in the first row of the "Paragraph" module;
c, Click the lower triangle of the icon, and select the serial number format that meets the conditions. You can also select the "Define New Number" format if none are suitable.
2. Remove the paste option:
Word2003: Menu bar→Tools→Options, switch to the "Edit" tab, in the "Cut and Paste Options" area, remove the "Show Paste Options button (0)" check state, and finally confirm;
word2007:
a, use word2007 to open a word;
b. Click the "office button" in the upper left corner of Word to find "Word Options";
c. Switch to the "Advanced" option in the "Word Options" pop-up box, pull the scroll bar to the "Cut, Copy and Paste" area, and remove the check state of "Show Paste Options Button (0)";
d. Confirm.
After this setting, the annoying "paste options" will no longer appear when pasting in word.
