Environment: Intellij 15 ultimate+Mac
Intellij does not support loading remote archetypes by default, you need to install plugins: Maven Archetype Catalogs
installation steps:
1. In the preferences, search for plugin: Archetype. After installation, there will be one more item under Preferences -> Maven.
